Bilateral Telemanipulation

Bilateral Telemanipulation is a teleoperation framework in which bidirectional communication of motion and force information between a human-operated master device and a remote slave manipulator enables synchronized interaction and environmental feedback, distinguishing it from unidirectional telemanipulation systems by incorporating real-time haptic rendering and dynamic coupling in both control directions.
