Serial Manipulator Design

Serial Manipulator Design is a kinematic design methodology in which a mechanical manipulator is structured as a series of rigid links connected by actuated joints in an open-chain configuration, where each joint contributes sequentially to the end-effector’s position and orientation, distinguishing it from parallel or hybrid manipulator designs.
