Buyer Satisfaction
Buyer Satisfaction is a construct in buyer representation research that denotes the degree to which a buyer’s expectations, preferences, and needs are fulfilled by the outcomes or services provided through a representational process, distinguishing it from related performance metrics by emphasizing the subjective evaluation of representational efficacy from the buyer’s perspective.
