Physical and chemical properties of persimmon fruit

Abstract

A b s t r a c t. Physical and chemical properties of persimmon fruit (cv. Fuyu) were determined. The plywood surface offered the maximum coefficient of static friction, followed by chipboard and galvanized metal.
