Cable-driven Manipulators

Cable-Driven Manipulator is a type of robotic manipulator in which the motion and positioning of the end-effector are controlled by adjusting the lengths and tensions of flexible cables routed through a system of pulleys and winches, distinguishing it from rigid-link manipulators by its reliance on tensile forces for actuation.
