Stiction Modeling

Stiction Modeling is a computational and analytical framework within MEMS modeling that predicts the onset and effects of unintended adhesive contact between microscale components, distinguishing itself by accounting for surface forces, material properties, and environmental conditions that govern static friction phenomena in microelectromechanical systems.
