Nutrigenomics

Nutrigenomics is an interdisciplinary field of research investigating the complex interactions between dietary components and the genome. It examines how nutrients influence gene expression and cellular function, and conversely, how an individual's genetic makeup modulates their metabolic response to diet, offering insights for personalized nutrition and the prevention or management of diet-related diseases.
