Underactuated Ship Control

Underactuated Ship Control is a control methodology in marine automation that addresses the stabilization and trajectory tracking of ships with fewer independent control inputs than degrees of freedom, distinguishing it from fully actuated control strategies by explicitly accounting for inherent actuation deficiencies in surge, sway, or yaw dynamics.
