Subthreshold Circuit Design

Subthreshold Circuit Design is a low-power CMOS circuit design methodology in which transistors are intentionally operated in the subthreshold (weak inversion) region using a supply voltage below the device threshold voltage, thereby minimizing energy consumption at the cost of reduced performance.
