Intensive Intervention
Intensive Intervention is a systematically designed, highly individualized, and data-driven instructional strategy that belongs to the category of multi-tiered support systems and is distinguished by its focus on students with severe and persistent learning difficulties who require substantially increased dosage, explicitness, and intensity of evidence-based practices beyond those provided in primary and secondary tiers of intervention.
