Grape Metabolomics is a specialized branch of plant metabolomics that systematically identifies, quantifies, and analyzes the complete set of small-molecule metabolites in grape (Vitis spp.) tissues, cells, or biological fluids to elucidate biochemical phenotypes, physiological states, and responses to genetic or environmental perturbations specific to viticulture and enology.
