Glycosyl Composition Analysis
Glycosyl Composition Analysis is a biochemical analytical method that identifies and quantifies the monosaccharide constituents of a glycan or glycoconjugate following complete hydrolysis, thereby distinguishing it from other glycan characterization techniques by focusing specifically on sugar identity and molar ratios rather than linkage or sequence information.
