The purpose of this research was to analyze the effects of five working factors including work overload, role ambiguity & role conflict, working relationship, career development, and working environment on job stress and employee job performance in six different industries at Dong Xuyen Industrial Zone, Ba Ria -Vung Tau province, Vietnam.
