Sensor-Based Relative Navigation is a relative navigation framework that determines the position and orientation of a spacecraft with respect to a target by processing sensor measurements, distinguishing itself from model-based or predictive methods through its reliance on real-time observational data from optical, lidar, radar, or inertial sensors.
