The airport is an environment which is different from many markets. It has an effect not only on the airport financial portfolio, but also on the countries' economies. In the present study, a fuzzy logic approach is used to analyze the relationship between travelers' shopping motivation and their buying behaviour. The study also concentrates on the moderating effect of shopping environment and the time pressure on this relationship. The application of Fuzzy Logic allows us to handle both uncertainty and the imprecision inherent in input data, and to develop a universal model in order to find the input-output relationship.
