Abstract

Overall, these results indicate that alpha-, beta-, gamma- and delta-conglutins are candidate allergens in lupin and suggest a particularly strong allergenicity of alpha-conglutins. Furthermore, the results indicate the presence of cross-reactive allergens in lupin, peanut and almond.
