Underactuated Hand Force Control

Underactuated Hand Force Control is a control methodology in robotic manipulation that regulates grasping forces through mechanically underactuated hands, where the number of controllable actuators is fewer than the degrees of freedom in the hand, thereby enabling adaptive, compliant grasps via intrinsic mechanical intelligence rather than explicit sensing and feedback of each joint.
