Shader Programming

Shader Programming is a subfield of computer graphics programming in which specialized programs, called shaders, are written to execute on the graphics processing unit (GPU) and thereby control the programmable stages of the rendering pipeline, specifying per-vertex, per-fragment, or compute operations that determine the real-time visual appearance and behavior of rendered imagery.
