Franchising Law
Franchising Law is a branch of commercial and regulatory law that governs the creation, operation, and termination of franchise relationships by defining the legal rights, obligations, and remedies of franchisors and franchisees—especially in relation to brand and intellectual property use, business format and operational control, disclosure and competition restraints, and the allocation of risks and responsibilities across jurisdictions.
