Dynamic Window Approach

The Dynamic Window Approach is a real-time obstacle avoidance method that selects safe and feasible velocities for a mobile robot by constraining the search space to a dynamic window of achievable motions within a short time horizon, differentiating it from other collision avoidance techniques through its integration of kinematic and dynamic constraints with immediate environmental awareness.
