This paper studies control the robotic arm based on our hand movement and gestures. Data from a Leap Motion controller which detects gestures and hand movement, than the data are delivered through USB to a SCARA robotic arm. Leap Motion, which tracks the movement of hands and a robotic arm is available to control minute movements of the dynamic motions. This paper uses an existing robot, which can be controlled by gestures using a controller device called as Leap Motion. We would like to investigate more on this and implement, such that the robot can be interfaced with a Leap Motion controller for a successful control.
