Union Negotiations

Union Negotiations is a formal, structured process of collective bargaining within the domain of police administration and union representation wherein a law enforcement employee union and management engage in dialogue to determine terms and conditions of employment, distinguished from other administrative or dispute-resolution processes by its contractual focus on wages, benefits, working conditions, and grievance procedures through mutual agreement.
