Union Representation
Union Representation is a labor relations institution in which a workers’ organization, typically a trade union, is legally or contractually designated—usually by majority choice of employees in a defined bargaining unit—as the authorized agent to bargain collectively, administer agreements, and otherwise act on behalf of those employees in matters concerning their employment conditions.
