T Cell Avidity
T Cell Avidity is the overall strength of interaction between a T cell and an antigen-presenting cell, determined by the combined affinities of T cell receptor–peptide/MHC complexes and co-stimulatory molecule interactions, that quantitatively reflects the functional sensitivity of a T cell to its cognate antigen.
