Single-cell Transcriptomics
Single-Cell Transcriptomics is a subfield of transcriptomics and single-cell genomics that investigates genome-wide gene expression in individual cells, typically via high-throughput RNA profiling methods such as single-cell RNA sequencing, to resolve cellular heterogeneity, cell states, and lineages at single-cell resolution.
