Peer Facilitation

Peer Facilitation is a structured academic practice in which a peer leader, embedded within a learning environment, guides and supports fellow learners through interactive processes that promote collaborative knowledge construction and shared understanding, distinguishing it from direct instruction by formally recognizing the facilitator as both a participant in and contributor to the collective learning dynamic.
