Implied Contract Claims
Implied Contract Claims is a legal cause of action in employment law whereby a discharged employee challenges a wrongful dismissal or termination on the basis that the employer breached an implied-in-fact employment contract, inferred from the employer’s policies, practices, or representations that reasonably limited the employer’s at-will right to terminate.
