Follower Authenticity is a psychological construct denoting the degree to which subordinates demonstrate self-awareness, relational transparency, and an internalized moral perspective in their organizational behavior, distinguishing it from leader-centric authenticity by focusing on the follower's genuine self-expression and ethical agency within leadership dynamics.
