Contractual Exclusivity

Contractual Exclusivity is a formal agreement within the domain of exclusive distribution that grants a single distributor the sole right to sell a specific product or service within a defined geographic area or market segment, thereby differentiating it from other distribution arrangements by legally binding both parties to refrain from engaging third parties in the same capacity.
