Objective: To revise the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-student, and explore the factorial and structural validity. Methods: The scales, composed of UWES-S and study performance, were used to assess 79 undergraduate students and 188 graduate students. Results: Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses showed the scale was composed of 3 factors, and α of the 3 subscales were between 0.82 and 0.95. The correlations of the 3 factors and criterions between 0.76 and 0.77, were significant. The loadings of the items were between 0.42 and 0.81. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the 3 factors model of the scale are strongly supported.
