Applications of ''human factors'' in wireless telecommunications service delivery

Abstract

This paper describes how the application of human factors in wireless telecommunications service deals with human involvement and their ways to communicate across a distance and how to successfully deliver this task. The results of the paper show that wireless technology is being developed fast and mobile phone use is particularly on the rise. With this knowledge, the findings of this research show that human factors are essential in incorporating a successful service delivery system for wireless telecommunications.
