Improved FcγRIIb Targeting Functionally Translates into Enhanced Inhibition of Basophil Activation

Abstract

Our data suggest that improved binding to FcγRIIb at constant low-affinity binding to IgE leads to more efficient coaggregation of FcεRI-FcγRIIb and results in the enhanced inhibition of basophil activation.
