Ige-mediated Activation

IgE-Mediated Activation is a biological mechanism within the field of immunology whereby mast cells are activated through the cross-linking of immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies bound to high-affinity IgE receptors (FcεRI) on the mast cell surface, triggering degranulation and the release of inflammatory mediators.
