Transformational Change

Transformational Change is a form of organizational change that entails a radical, organization-wide and often irreversible reconfiguration of an organization’s strategy, structure, systems, culture, and/or identity so as to fundamentally alter its core assumptions and patterns of operation rather than merely refine or extend existing arrangements.
