Super-enhancer Regulation
Super-Enhancer Regulation is a transcriptional control mechanism that belongs to the class of enhancer-mediated gene regulatory processes, distinguished by its dependence on large clusters of enhancers with exceptionally high transcription factor density and coactivator recruitment, which collectively drive robust, cell-identity-defining gene expression programs through phase-separated condensates and chromatin looping interactions.
