Single-guide Rna Design
Single-Guide RNA Design is a computational and experimental framework that specifies the systematic construction of a chimeric RNA molecule, combining the functions of CRISPR RNA (crRNA) and trans-activating crRNA (tracrRNA), to enable precise target recognition and cleavage by Cas9 endonuclease in genome editing applications.
