Shared-service Delivery

Shared-Service Delivery is an intergovernmental service provision arrangement in which two or more governmental units jointly organize, finance, and/or operate a common set of public services or administrative functions, rather than providing them separately, in order to achieve efficiency gains, capacity enhancement, and coordination across jurisdictions.
