Public Ethnography

Public Ethnography is a genre of ethnographic practice that, as a singular methodological and theoretical contribution within applied and public anthropology, is distinguished by its commitment to conducting research with, rather than merely on, communities in order to produce knowledge that is accessible, accountable, and responsive to public concerns and non-academic audiences.
