Proteomic Response Profiling

Proteomic Response Profiling is a systematic analytical approach that, as a subtype of cellular response profiling, characterizes dynamic changes in the abundance, modification, or activity of proteins within a biological system in response to specific perturbations, thereby distinguishing itself by focusing on the proteome-level molecular signatures underlying cellular phenotypic responses.
