Outdoor Localization
Outdoor Localization is a subfield of localization that specifically addresses the determination of geographic position in outdoor environments, distinguished from indoor or mixed-context localization by its reliance on satellite-based systems such as GPS and its adaptation to open-space challenges including signal multipath, environmental variability, and large-scale spatial coverage.
