One-way Immersion

One-Way Immersion is a dual language immersion model in which instruction is delivered in a single target language to a homogeneous group of students who share a dominant first language, thereby distinguishing it from two-way or bilingual immersion models that integrate language-minority and language-majority students for reciprocal language learning.
