Lactose Solubility

Lactose Solubility is the quantitative measure of the maximum amount of lactose that can dissolve in a given solvent under specified conditions of temperature and pressure, distinguishing it from other carbohydrate solubility phenomena by its specific dependence on the molecular structure and anomeric configuration of β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→4)-D-glucose.
