Green Laser Diodes
Green Laser Diode is a semiconductor-based coherent light source that emits visible radiation in the green wavelength range (approximately 510–570 nm) through stimulated emission, distinguished from other laser diodes by its direct generation of green light via specialized heterostructure materials such as indium gallium nitride.
