Genotyping Platforms

Genotyping Platforms is a technological infrastructure that enables high-throughput identification and characterization of genetic variants across the genome by employing molecular assays and bioinformatic tools, distinguished from other genomic tools by its capacity to simultaneously assay thousands to millions of predefined genomic loci for the purpose of linking genotype to phenotype in breeding and genetic research contexts.
