Equity Value Estimation

Equity Value Estimation is a valuation method within the field of financial analysis that determines the net worth attributable to shareholders by discounting expected future cash flows available to equity holders at the cost of equity, distinguishing it from enterprise-level valuation techniques by focusing exclusively on the residual claim of owners after all non-equity claims are satisfied.
