Dense Visual Servoing

Dense Visual Servoing is a visual servoing method that belongs to the class of appearance-based control strategies and is distinguished by its use of dense image information—such as pixel intensity gradients or optical flow across entire image regions—rather than sparse visual features to directly regulate the motion of a robot in closed-loop fashion.
