Cross-channel Profiling

Cross-Channel Profiling is a customer profiling method that integrates and analyzes behavioral, demographic, and transactional data across multiple interaction channels—such as online, mobile, social media, and offline platforms—to construct a unified and comprehensive customer profile, distinguished from single-channel approaches by its ability to capture cross-contextual customer behavior and preferences.
