As-is Clause

An "As-Is Clause" is a warranty disclaimer that constitutes a contractual provision within sales or licensing agreements, distinguishing itself by explicitly stating that the seller or licensor provides the product, service, or asset without assuming any liability for its quality, condition, or performance, thereby transferring the risk of defects or deficiencies to the buyer or licensee.
