Glyco‐SeS: Selenenylsulfide‐Mediated Protein Glycoconjugation—A New Strategy in Post‐Translational Modification

Abstract

Ortsselektive Glycosylierung durch Se-S-vermittelte Anbindung führte ohne großen Überschuss der Kohlenhydratverbindung zur effizienten Bildung einer Vielzahl von Konjugaten 1. Durch diese konvergente Methode wurde eine Heptasaccharid-Glycan-Selektivität eingeführt und eine mehrfache ortsselektive chemische Glycosylierung von Proteinen erzielt. Ein chemisch Cys-glycosyliertes Protein wurde enzymatisch hergestellt.
