Fragmentsuche: Liganden, die an die GTPase K-Ras binden und die Aktivität des Nukleotidaustauschfaktors Sos verändern, wurden mit einem fragmentbasierten Screening unter Verwendung von NMR-Spektroskopie gefunden.
